AGREEMENT EXTENDING A CONTRACT
FOR CONSIDERATION mutually exchanged between the following parties, and
extension of an original agreement dated [Date of original agreement] due to conclude on [Date of conclusion] will be made on [Date of Extension].
WHEREAS both parties, intending to be legally bound, desire to extend the above-mentioned agreement as follows:
1. As per the agreement of said parties, the above agreement shall be lengthened for an additional term of [Length of extension]
2. In all other respects, said agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
